Kaleidosim is not meant as a long-term cloud data storage. We will retain your data and simulation results in the cloud for 60 days after your simulation runs (or case creation if you do not run your simulation), but we do not guarantee long term storage beyond 60 days.
If you still run out of core hours during a run for some reason, we attempt to stop your simulations by first performing an abort on your simulations, and then eventually terminate your machine if your simulations do not stop in a timely manner. Your simulation results as they stand at the time where your balance reaches zero will be uploaded to our cloud storage.
You can easily top up your balances with your credit card. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card data on the platform. If you don’t wish to pay by credit card, please get in touch – we’re willing to find a solution that works for you!
As a young startup, we know how important it is to get back to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we try to reply to your query within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we might be able to answer sooner.
